Much idealistic work is carried out by devoted members of the many local clubs.
However, there are room for every Ljugarn lover to do smaller and larger volontary work to keep our paradise nice and clean.

Beach cleaning is done every year during the Ascension holiday. Year 2006 the cleaning started Friday May 26th at 11.00. Varm soup was offered afterwards. Arrangement: Ljugarn Society |

Guarding (hours) at The beach rider's house (Strandridaregården) during the museum opening hours. Supervise, help visitors to find the other museums in the area. Contact the club Ljugarn Cape of Culture (Föreningen Ljugarns Kulturudde). |

Every year the Lions club arrange a flee market at Ljugarns Handel. The profit is used for charitable purposes. Help Lions help! Give them stuff you do not need! Arrangement: Lions Ljugarn. |
